How to book and pay Kola Travel Services

We are registered within the Russian Ministry of Foreign Affairs and in all Russian Consulates abroad.
Our reference number in the Federal Register of Tour operators: PTO 004028.

Reservations, bookings and confirmations

Reservations can be made by e-mailing or faxing a completed reservation form to the following addresses:
E-mail: info@kolatravel.com or by fax: +7 81536 71313.

Kola Travel confirms the reservation by e-mail or fax within 2 working days.

Booking is made after receiving the full payment to the bank account or PayPal account of Kola Travel.

The combined visa-invitation and tourist voucher, which are necessary to request for Russian visa, will be send after the booking has been made.

Secure Payment via SBER-Bank or PayPal

Payment of the invoice you can do simply via:

• Bank transfer: Our bank details are mentioned on any invoice.
• Credit card via our secure SBER-bank system or via PayPal.

If you like to pay by credit card just inform us which system you prefer. We will send you a customized invoice with a link via email. The link brings you to the secure payment portal of our SBER-bank or PayPal. Once there, just follow the instructions. You only need an internet connection.
