Day 1: In the evening leave from Ladozhsky railway station in Saint-Petersburg for Petrozavodsk. Overnight in the train.
Day 2: Arrive in Petrozavodsk in the morning. Meeting by a car from a hotel and transfer to the hotel. Check-in. At the harbour, board a boat to Kizhi Island for a hiking excursion there. You can be met by a guide to show you Kizhi Island. Lunch on your own. It’s also good just to take some sandwiches and drinks with you. Take a ship to come back to Petrozavodsk. Overnight at the hotel.
Day 3: Check-out and spend the day in Petrozavodsk. Before noon you can explore Petrozavodsk city on your own or
take optional trips.
In the afternoon leave for Kem (or for Belomorsk). Arrive in Kem or Belomorsk at night. Meeting by
a car from a hotel and transfer to the hotel. Check-in. Overnight at the hotel.
Day 4: Leave for Solovetsky Islands in the morning (the harbour is close to the hotel in both cities). On Solovetsky you can explore the Monastery and its lands. Return to your hotel in the evening and take a taxi to the train station. Depart for Saint Petersburg on a late train. Overnight on the train.
Day 5: Arrive in Saint Petersburg at Ladozhsky railway station at noon. You have time to explore Saint Petersburg. If you want we can add extra hotel nights to your itinerary.
